At Conrad Algarve we Create Leaders! What will I be doing?As a finance intern, you will be fully supported by our team and will have the chance to work on a variety of tasks, ensuring that you develop strong financial and administrative skills while adhering to the highest standards.
Preparing invoices for shipmentSupporting internal controls through spreadsheetsAssisting in internal and external auditsPerforming revenue and balance sheet account reconciliationsManaging inventory transfersSupporting the execution of orders and purchase ordersAssisting in the preparation of informative returns for the Tax AgencyReviewing documentation and supporting administrative processesImproving accounts payable processes and invoice accountingArchiving and documentation managementAssisting with collection control tasksWhat are we looking for?Ability to analyze large volumes of complex financial information from many sources and create reports, forecasts, and projectionsStrong problem-solving skills, including the ability to effectively address any issue in collaboration with others as appropriateAbility to proactively identify and prevent potential problemsAbility to help develop problem-solving skills among direct reports and other team members as appropriateAbility to take initiative to identify, prioritize, and implement all elements required for the team to fulfill responsibilitiesDetail-oriented and organizedAbility to develop presentations and effectively present to all levels of the company, hotels & ownersStrong communication and negotiation skills (all levels of management and external customers)Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook with the ability to quickly learn new programs when requiredAdditional Preferences:University degree in Accounting or FinanceWhat will it be like to work for Hilton?The future of hospitality is bright at Hilton: a leading global hospitality company with a diverse portfolio of world-class brands.
