Job Description dxFeed is looking for a Finance Business Partner who will be responsible for:
partnering with business lines to deliver strategic financial insights
coordinating budgeting and forecasting processes
developing financial models to aid decision-making
periodic reporting for senior management, including providing analysis and insights that link financial reports to business strategies
delivering financial literacy training to staff
improving the impact, and understanding, of financial reporting on business performance
reviewing client accounts and projects to identify risks and underperformance of finances early
undertaking due diligence research on acquisitions and mergers
communicating opportunities for improvement
developing and maintaining relationships across the business
Qualifications What qualifications and skills does a finance business partner need?
Bachelor's degree in a relevant business or economic field.
+6 years of experience working as a Finance Business Partner or Head of Finance
professional qualifications, including completing an internationally recognized accounting designation such as CPA, ACA, ACMA, or ACCA.
experience working with business requirements
ability to make complex decisions and rationalize them according to others
strong analytical skills, ability to work with a large amount of information
strong knowledge of Excel
ability to work independently and proactively manage upcoming deliverables.
strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, including effective communication abilities with individual colleagues, relevant teams, and senior management and board members
strong negotiation, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills
experience working with financial software is a plus
