Sobre o nosso clienteOur client is a Multinational Company, independent producer of renewable and distributed energy, established in around twenty countries throughout the world.Based in Cais do Sodré DescriçãoResponsibilities:Enter customer contracts into the ERP system and invoice themMonitor the validation of invoicing data by employees;Enter cash receipts into ERP;Follow-up and control of invoicing and work in progress;Carry out and monitor supplier listing in ERP;Entering purchase orders into ERP and transmitting them;Follow-up of order receipts in the system and reminders to the various parties involved;Collect invoices (platforms, e-mail, paper...) and enter them into the ERP system, reconciling them with the purchase order;Administration, control and monitoring of expense claim processes;Preparation of payment campaigns. Perfil idealProfile required:You have a higher education in business and administration management and at least 3 years' experience in a management or accounting department.Languages :Mandatory: English and Polish, both spoken and written.French is a plus.
