Our client is a Multinational Company, independent producer of renewable and distributed energy, established in around twenty countries throughout the world.

Responsibilities:
Enter customer contracts into the ERP system and invoice them
Monitor the validation of invoicing data by employees;
Enter cash receipts into ERP;
Follow-up and control of invoicing and work in progress;
Carry out and monitor supplier listing in ERP;
Entering purchase orders into ERP and transmitting them;
Follow-up of order receipts in the system and reminders to the various parties involved;
Collect invoices (platforms, e-mail, paper...) and enter them into the ERP system, reconciling them with the purchase order;
Administration, control and monitoring of expense claim processes;
Preparation of payment campaigns.
Perfil ideal
Profile required:

You have a higher education in business and administration management and at least 3 years' experience in a management or accounting department.

Languages :
Mandatory: English, both spoken and written.
French is a plus.
