This is an exciting new full-time role and a great opportunity for a finance assistant looking to develop their career in an international context.
Based in our new Development and Operations hub in Porto, Portugal, you will be an essential member of the Finance team and work collaboratively across RONIN's International entities and sister organisations.
Responsibilities Administer and maintain the integrity of the Sales Ledger and Purchase Ledger within the businesses.
Responsible for looking after both sales invoicing and supplier invoices, as well as processing payments.
Ensure that Debtors/Creditors are monitored, collected and paid in accordance with appropriate timescales and guidelines.
Assisting intercompany reconciliation.
Managing Fixed Asset Register.
Supporting Treasury Function.
Provide any other support to the Financial Controller and finance team, as required.
About You You are a fluent English-speaker.
You are personable, analytical, hardworking and can demonstrate initiative.
You are also a good communicator that is confident speaking to suppliers/customers on the telephone and willing to solve queries relating to payment, receipts and any other ad hoc issues which may occur.
You are proficient in Sage 50 and MS Office, especially Excel or equivalent.
Ideally you are an accounting graduate, perhaps in the early stages of your ACCA/CIMA (or country equivalent) studies and be a hands-on, enthusiastic and dedicated individual with a passion for your chosen career path.
You enjoy working collaboratively and are adept at building good relationships with others.

About the Finance Team
The Finance Team is headed by the Head of Finance and comprises a team of dedicated professionals working remotely/from our Porto, London and Lancaster offices.
Location This role will be based in our office in Porto, Portugal.
We are keen to support work/life balance and promote hybrid working. We encourage our associates to spend at least three days in an office per week in accordance with business need.
