What we do at AMGEN matters in people's lives.Finance and FP&A - Senior AssociateWhat You Will DoYou, as our Finance and FP&A - Senior Associate, operationally support the delivery of day to day FP&A activities for their assigned regions. You are responsible for supporting Budgeting, Forecasting, Cost Management and reporting tasks.The responsibilities of the role will include:Support business planning and decision making through financial analysis,Expense planning, management and finance support for selected functionsPerform month-end, quarter-end, year-end close activities, prepare journal entries, perform variance analysisSupports long-term planning activitiesSupport ad hoc finance analysis and activitiesSupports FP&A projects locally and may participate in wider projectsAdapt, support and contribute to the growth and CI of the department and ACCPPerforms control validations and testing (IICC/Finance Review of Payment).Drives data quality and integrity in the Hyperion, SAP and ANAPLAN and ensures all reporting systems are accurate.Consolidates budgets, latest estimate and actual variance analysisWHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU:The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated team player with process improvement and strong communication skills.
