Descrição Assist in managing cashbooks, updating with receipts and invoices, and ensuring alignment with project trackers. Support in the preparation and monitoring of financial reports for ongoing and older projects. Help conduct monthly analysis of sales, marketing, and construction expenses. Assist in preparing bi-weekly expense reports and managing client invoicing. Help ensure compliance with VAT and tax regulations and assist in restructuring tasks and statutory accounts. Perfil ideal 2-4 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in real estate. Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting. Proficient in Excel and strong analytical skills. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Fluency in English and Portuguese required. Vantagens Office in central Lisbon, easily accessible and near the metro. 100% in-person role, fostering collaboration and team spirit.
