They will be part of the Finance & Strategy Team based in Lisbon.THE JOURNEY Be part of the Finance & Strategy Team in PT (based in Lisbon).Work with a cross-functional team (operations, marketing, finance, procurement…) to ensure a profitable and flawless execution.Reconcile management reports with financial reports.Implement new procedures focused on standardization and optimization.Conduct ad hoc analyses using financial data to support decision-making.Identify financial status by comparing and analyzing actual results with business plans and forecasts.Provide meaningful business insights (YoY, MoM, and vs budget) to all Finance stakeholders. WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE Educational background in Management, Economics, Business, Finance, or similar.Minimum 1-2 years of experience in strategy consulting/investment banking/controlling/FP&A.Advanced Portuguese and English.Advanced level in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets is a must.Analytical profile, data-driven, goal-oriented, and teamwork.Proactive and autonomous.
