The Financial Analyst and Cost Controller position is located in our Center of Excellence in Lisbon.
He/she is key in ensuring accurate recording in our ERP throughout the organization.
Your Mission Managing controlling master data (cost center, profit center hierarchy...)Setting up projects master dataPerforming necessary reclassification entries during month or month-end closingEnsuring financial records comply with regulatory standards (internal and external)Performing month-end and year-end activitiesProviding information to the billing team for cross-company recharges out of projectsMonitoring costs allocated to projects for correctness and completenessSupporting new ERP implementation across the Group (currently implementing S4 HANA Cloud Solutions)Collaborating with other departments to complete accurate records and provide accounting supportSupporting the Auditor, Controller, and other financial professionals in their duties as neededYour Story 3+ years of experience in an accounting role within a multinational environment.Bachelor's Degree in Finance or adequate experienceVery good knowledge of (reading, writing, and speaking) English.
Other languages are a plus (German, French, Swedish)Demonstrated ability to successfully navigate and use SAP (experience in S4 HANA Cloud Solutions is a strong plus)Proficient in Microsoft Office ExcelProcess-oriented thinkingWorks on initiatives to improve project accounting operations and document management processIndependent and conscientious way of workingStrong analytical and effective problem-solving skills to identify and correctAbility to work on a team and independentlyExperience in Finance Shared Services for a Global Company a strong plusWhy Beyond Gravity?
