The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing financial processes, ensuring compliance, and providing strategic financial insights to support Kinetikos Health's growth and successResponsibilitiesFinancial Planning and AnalysisDevelop and maintain financial tools to support budgeting and forecastingAnalyse financial data and present insights to aid in decision-makingManage accurate and timely financial statements/reports in close collaboration with the external accounting companyEnsure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirementsPlan and manage the Grants' financial componentBudget ManagementAssist in the preparation and monitoring of Financial budgetsManage the SIFIDE process and monthly executionAccounts Payable and ReceivableOversee invoicing, payment processing, and collectionsReconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness in close collaboration with the external accounting companyAudit and ComplianceWork closely with auditor company during internal and external auditsImplement and maintain internal controls to ensure financial integrity.Cash Flow ManagementMonitor cash flow and make recommendations for improvementsManage banking relationships and transactionsRequirements & QualificationsCurrently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related fieldProven experience in financial analysis, reporting, and accountingStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel Requirements & QualificationsCurrently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related fieldProven experience in financial analysis, reporting, and accountingStrong proficiency in Microsoft ExcelBenefits & culture:At Kinetikos Health, we value our employees and strive to provide a supportive and fulfilling work environment.
