The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing financial processes, ensuring compliance, and providing strategic financial insights to support Kinetikos Health's growth and success Responsibilities Financial Planning and AnalysisDevelop and maintain financial tools to support budgeting and forecasting Analyse financial data and present insights to aid in decision-making Manage accurate and timely financial statements/reports in close collaboration with the external accounting company Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements Plan and manage the Grants' financial component Budget ManagementAssist in the preparation and monitoring of Financial budgets Manage the SIFIDE process and monthly execution Accounts Payable and ReceivableOversee invoicing, payment processing, and collections Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness in close collaboration with the external accounting company Audit and ComplianceWork closely with auditor company during internal and external audits Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure financial integrity.
