We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance and Accounting executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing financial processes, ensuring compliance, and providing strategic financial insights to support Kinetikos Health's growth and success
Responsibilities Financial Planning and Analysis Develop and maintain financial tools to support budgeting and forecasting Analyse financial data and present insights to aid in decision-making Manage accurate and timely financial statements/reports in close collaboration with the external accounting company Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements Plan and manage the Grants' financial component Budget Management Assist in the preparation and monitoring of Financial budgets Manage the SIFIDE process and monthly execution Accounts Payable and Receivable Oversee invoicing, payment processing, and collections Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness in close collaboration with the external accounting company Audit and Compliance Work closely with auditor company during internal and external audits Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure financial integrity. Cash Flow Management Monitor cash flow and make recommendations for improvements Manage banking relationships and transactions Requirements & Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Proven experience in financial analysis, reporting, and accounting
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
