Finance & Accounting Associate

We recognize the importance of having both the best individuals and providing them with the means and the motivation to excel and to jointly build a team stronger than the sum of its parts.Due to the company's continual growth and forthcoming capital deployment stream, Norfin intends to select: Finance & Accounting Associate.Main tasks and responsibilitiesPreparing and registering fund operations in Fund Manager and in Primavera software;Preparing reports to CMVM regarding the real estate funds;Preparing fiscal declarations for the several type of companies (regulated and non regulated);Preparing and registering operations for the SPV's under management (non-regulated companies);Providing information for the preparation of financial models and business plans;Registering stamp tax on lease agreements;Preparing maps of outstanding rents;Registering invoices, receipts and payments to suppliers;Preparing and reviewing tax returns;Preparing information for auditors.Role RequirementsEducation degree in Accounting (preferred), Economics, Management or Finance;2 years' experience;Experience in Primavera software will be a Plus;Experience in operations of funds/companies (preferred);Experience in Balance Sheet and income statement of entities (preferred);Qualified Chartered Accountant (preferred);Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enthusiastic, willingness to work as part of a team;Autonomous, initiative, entrepreneurial and result driven culture;Strong analytical skills;Team Management;Proficiency with Microsoft Office;Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;#J-18808-Ljbffr
