The Digital Strategy & Development team is responsible for analysing and developing new products that generate recurring revenue by leveraging market and tech trends, improving customer experience and enhancing the bank's offer.
Key Responsibilities:
Contribute to the product vision, by identifying digital transformation opportunities that can leverage business value, and support the implementation of the digital strategy;
Engage in the complete product development lifecycle, encompassing research, specification, implementation, testing, and handover, ensuring a comprehensive and seamless process;
Collaborate with fellow team members, business units, and external partners to effectively manage high-impact, strategic, and transformative projects;
Strive for product innovation by incorporating innovative fintech and AI solutions to foster disruption in banking use cases and developments.

Product management and product development lifecycle (planning, specification, testing, and launching);
Critical and analytical thinking as well as business analysis;
Project management and multibackground and functional cross-functional team coordination having a broad understanding of corporate procedures;
