Your Mission Actively contribute to the enhancement of HCP KPIs in-store through coaching and structured training programs. Actively contribute to improve HCP KPIs in store through coaching and structured training programsDevelop HCPs' competencies to elevate their professionalism and improve the customer experienceSupport HCPs and AMs on a daily basis to ensure the correct procedures are applied and to resolve any product/process issues.Become a business partner of the AM to assist them in achieving sales targets.What the position is about | Role & Agenda Collaborating with the AM, Rex, and Sales Director to discuss HCP KPIs and related skill gaps, defining training priorities and action plans.Establish a robust process of training planning, monitoring, mutual support, and feedback sharing with the Sales Team to enhance store performance KPIs and develop profilesProvide training to HCPs in groups or individually, with performance follow-ups based on the training provided, ultimately aiming to improve KPIsImplement the training & development plans for the stores across the entire country geography Implement the training & development plans for the stores across the entire country geographyLocalizing global training contents or creating new training material via collaboration with other departmentsCorrectly track all the training initiatives on the internal platform, guaranteeing availability of reliable data for analysis Who you are | Qualifications & Capabilities Sales attitude and result orientedInclination to change and fast-learning attitudeAutonomy/proactivity in planniningEffective Communication and active listening skillsTeam work & ability to build relationships with sales teamAs an ideal candidate, you are...
