Your Mission
Actively contribute to the enhancement of HCP KPIs in-store through coaching and structured training programs.
Develop HCPs' competencies to elevate their professionalism and improve the customer experience.
Support HCPs and AMs on a daily basis to ensure the correct procedures are applied and to resolve any product/process issues.
Become a business partner of the AM to assist them in achieving sales targets.
What the position is about | Role & Agenda
Collaborating with the AM, Rex, and Sales Director to discuss HCP KPIs and related skill gaps, defining training priorities and action plans.
Establish a robust process of training planning, monitoring, mutual support, and feedback sharing with the Sales Team to enhance store performance KPIs and develop profiles.
Provide training to HCPs in groups or individually, with performance follow-ups based on the training provided, ultimately aiming to improve KPIs.
Implement the training & development plans for the stores across the entire country geography.
Localizing global training contents or creating new training material via collaboration with other departments.
Correctly track all the training initiatives on the internal platform, guaranteeing availability of reliable data for analysis.

As an ideal candidate, you are...
Previous experience as a dispenser or trainer in similar industries.
People development through coaching and training programs.
Previous experience in sales and/or training.
Knowledge of O365 & English speaker.
Living in center-south of Portugal.
