Field Technician

Your responsibilities include: Experience in Helpdesk and Field Support functions (minimum 2 years); Computer knowledge in Windows, Linux, Mac Os, Windows Server operating systems; Experience in using remote access tools; Knowledge of Office 365, Microsoft Azure and Sharepoint, Onedrive, Office and Teams; Knowledge and experience in diagnosing and resolving network problems; You must have: General knowledge of Cybersecurity; Good knowledge of Hardware; 12th year in equivalentprofessional courses or preferably a degree in the IT area; At least 3 years experience in a similar role; Availability for occasional travel in the south; Availability for immediate entry; Fluent English; Driving license; We value: Excellent communication, interpersonal and resilience skills; Ability to work in a team; Dynamism and sense of responsibility; Ability to adapt; A love for challenges and continuous learning.
