YOUR ROLE Equipment Racking and Patching in DataCenter context. Physical validations of equipment alarms. Validation and consultation of information on device consoles. Interaction and communication with technicians and clients, in person or remotely. Accreditation and monitoring of technicians and clientes at the facilities. Support technicians in the analysis/triage of equipment failures. Inventory of assets manged in DataCenter. Report services risks and non-conformities. YOUR PROFILE Proactivity and curiosity. Results- oriented and attention to detail. Availability to work 100% on site. 24x7 availability.
