Field Service Engineer/Technician

Our client is a security and inspection company seeking a professional to develop and maintain their equipment in high-security locations. Role Overview The Field Service Engineer will install, service, and support our client's X-ray screening systems. Candidate Requirements Install, commission, and service X-ray systems. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance. Learn server setup from IT Specialists and integration from PLC engineers to ensure proficiency. Execute all maintenance tasks and respond to service calls as required. Work shifts to support critical customer needs. Collaborate internally and externally on service-related issues and guide as needed. Submit service and non-conformance reports promptly. Participate in departmental duties and special projects as necessary. Able to travel to other locations inside the country if required. Skills and Qualifications Strong knowledge of English, both written and verbal. Excellent troubleshooting abilities for complex systems. Adaptability to project changes and efficient problem-solving skills. Self-motivated and able to work well under pressure. Knowledge, Training, and Qualifications Diploma in Electrical Engineering or relevant field experience. Proficiency in English language for spoken, written, and communication skills.
