Provide MCMedical instrument Service and support. Including but not limited to: installation, preventive maintenance, instrument failure diagnostics and repair, instrument service estimates, initial operator training and instrument modification and upgrade. Manage workflow, client interfacing and company reporting tasks in a diligent and timely manner using the processes, programs and systems implemented within the company. Communicate and interact with other members and departments of the company by providing or requesting such information needed to enable best customer experience, smooth workflow and proper incident reporting. Key Accountabilities Preventive Maintenance and Repairs; Installation and Commissioning; Escalate support needs to manufacturers; Answer to client requests – Providing part number, quotations and other technical support. Networking/Key relationships This position requires cooperating with different company departments and Business Units. It is necessary and critical being up to date in many products and processes. To be determined based on department needs, this position includes interactions such as with Sales, Operations or Logistics departments and with our clients. Minimum Knowledge & Experience required for the position: Education : minimum Technical Certification and background in Electronics or Electromechanical. Experience: Electronics and IT Tools experience. Experience with specialized software for diagnosing and repairing medical devices. Language: Portuguese (native) and English, Spanish is valuable. Skills & Capabilities: Interest for technical activities. Organized person, curious and eager to learn. Ensures compliance with Werfen Code of Ethics. Must have high energy, positive attitude, initiative, be a self-starter, be very self-motivated, and creative. Able to build collaborative relationships and work as a team.
