Field Service Engineer Automation (M/W - H/F)

Develop, start-up and technician assistance in automation to the production lines produced and installed by Sidel Group.
Your Mission

Properly handle, check and transfer equipment non-conformities
Submit regularly working time and technical reports in reference to carried-out activities
Ensure ultimate internal and external customer satisfaction
Perform activities in line with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Sidel coordination plan rules and customer rules
Report after sales opportunities detected on Customer site
Coach junior colleagues on the on-site behavior, technical activities, troubleshooting and reporting deliverables
Report to the ISM for team site activities

Your Profile

Formation in mechanical
Electrical Drawings knowledge and understanding
Electrical and Automation training certification
Driving License
Good command in English
Available to work all over the world
Mechanical knowledge (Mechatronic)
Experience on installation and start-up
Languages: French, other is a plus
