LIQUI MOLY IBERIA is a global Automotive brand firmly established in Portugal and Spain. We are searching for a talented, strategic and energetic salesperson to assist in achieving our high growth strategy within automotive consumables, oils and additives.
About the role:
We are searching for a field sales representative (mainly workshops) to support our business activities in the region of Algarve . This is an opportunity to establish and grow your career, learn our winning formula, and succeed within a fast-paced sales environment among a team of entrepreneurial salespeople.
Responsibilities:
Searching and finding commercial opportunities for LIQUI MOLY within the professional buyer segment.
Regularly supporting existing accounts and retail stores to expand the use and advocacy of LIQUI MOLY.
Recording lists of prospective customers using a CRM.
Consistently checking in with customers, both prospective and established.
Reporting to Sales Management on developments made in the field.
Observing competitor activity and how they may affect workshops and reporting these to the team.
Keeping up to date on the recording of business expenses.
Qualifications / Experience:
Bachelor Degree or at least five years' experience may substitute for formal education.
About you:
Preferably have experience within Automotive retail sales, mechanical repairs, or on-the-road account management.
Preferably have experience within the Lubricant and Additives core business.
Able to perform within a structured sales environment, stay focused, and be accountable for your time.
Can get things done! Stay focused and look to always achieve customer satisfaction. This includes being organized, punctual, listening, and following up.
Can ask relevant and thoughtful questions, relate to your customer, and can develop a plan to find new opportunities.
Confident with cold calls, can build trust, and always look to maintain long-lasting connections.
Have a pre-existing knowledge of cars and a strong desire to learn more. This may include a keen interest in motorsport or vehicle restoration.
Willing to learn cloud-based CRM platforms to manage your daily routine.
Speak fluently Portuguese and English (Mandatory).
