About the RoleAs a Field Sales Executive with Diageo, based in the north of Portugal, you'll be responsible for the most important element of our business: making sure our customer, category, and brand plans are carried out admirably in strategic outlets in Lisbon in order to drive/increase sell-out of our brands. You will ensure that wherever we connect with a consumer/shopper, they will find our brands in a consistent and appealing way.

Customers: Bars, Restaurants, Nightclubs, Hotels, and Cafes
Main Responsibilities:Identification and Segmentation of Outlet Universe:Identify all outlet opportunities within the assigned territory.Assign outlets to relevant outlet category based on segmentation guidelines and record them through the CRM tool.Visit outlets in the assigned territory based on call frequency established for the relevant outlet category.Driving Distribution of Diageo Brands:Identify partnership opportunities with outlets in the area.Identify and negotiate pouring, distribution, and activation agreements based on company guidelines.Implementation of Executional Standards:Priority sales drivers for relevant outlet category are completed in line with detailed store standards as defined by customer marketing.Promotional activities for our brands are implemented magnificently, in line with Diageo Southern Europe activity calendar. Ad hoc incremental opportunities are identified.In-outlet performance and execution levels are accurately supervised and measured in the CRM system.Teamwork:Working in coordination with the Sales Manager, sell-in team, and Customer Marketing in order to identify partnership opportunities with outlets served by wholesalers relevant for the RTC in the territory.Reporting line is to the Sell Out Manager.About YouRequirements:Will to win; you must get up every day with the strive to beat your predefined targets.Passionate about what you do.Commercial relationships; You need to be able to optimally influence Diageo customers to achieve win-win outcomes building long-term mutual profitable relationships.Executional mentality; deliver vs predefined targets and pursue additional opportunities.Proven analytical approach.Flexible communication style.2+ years of Sales Experience is a strong plus (On trade is the preferred channel).Proficient in English and Portuguese.Shown proven understanding of Excel.Working with UsFlexibility: This is key to success in our business and many of our staff work flexibly in many different ways, including part-time and compressed hours.
