In this role, you would expand and apply your knowledge of wildlife-related regulations while assisting the public to obtain licenses, permits, and government services. Field Operational Assistants review applications for licensure and permits of hunters, anglers, trappers, and campers. They provide information to promote awareness of individual legislative rights and responsibilities and provide administrative intake services for hunting related biological submissions. They also provide technical support (online/over the phone) for clients using our online licensing platform. As the Field Operations Assistant, you will provide administrative and case file support for the district conservation officer, preparing documents, receiving complaints, and assisting with other duties as needed. We are seeking a personable and dedicated team member, who is well versed in administrative, licensing, and financial processes to keep the branch running smoothly and efficiently.
