For our sales company based in Sintra, we are looking for a part-time/ free-lance Field Marketing Support.
Main areas of responsibility: Marketing plan owner for Portugal working towards a higher ROMI on all marketing activities always aligned with Field Marketing Team Leader Iberia.Responsible for execution of indirect marketing plan for Portugal working with key dealers to build strong collaborations, including campaigns, product launches, events, digital tools, joint marketing planning, etc.Engage cross-functionally to plan, manage and execute dealer marketing initiatives and tools driving scale, efficiency, and increased dealer participation.Develop and manage campaigns on all platforms for both indirect and direct channels, such as brand, segment and product campaigns, third-party partnerships, account-based marketing, print media, and digital content.Generate local content including customer case studies, articles, etc. to ensure global activities resonate with a local audience whilst capturing local trends to further drive demand to meet Marketing KPI's.Localise and validate translations of marketing material received from Global Marketing for Portugal.Coordinate and participate in direct channel exhibitions. This includes planning from start to finish and ensuring that objectives and goals are met.Responsible for the ordering, co-ordination, and distribution of local marketing inventory e.g., brochures, POS, merchandise.Help build a results-oriented culture tracking and monitoring KPIs. Support in communicating marketing performance to Portugal commercial functions.Desired competences: Minimum 3 years + experience as a generalist marketeer.Experience in a B2B environment in a global organisation.Experience with digital tools – CMS, CRM, Marketing Automation, PowerBi.Fluency in English, native Portuguese.Project Management skills with attention to detail.Ability to work to a high standard to meet deadlines.Let's create a cleaner future together.
