This role involves engaging with customers to understand their specific requirements, offering tailored solutions, and assisting with the integration and optimization of our products in their applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in semiconductors, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a passion for customer success.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary technical contact for customers, providing pre- and post-sales support for Nanopower Semiconductor products.Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and present suitable technical solutions that align with their low-power requirements.Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and training sessions for customers and partners.Assist customers with the design, integration, and optimization of Nanopower solutions into their applications, ensuring compliance with specifications and performance standards.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, working closely with internal engineering and product development teams.Provide detailed feedback on customer requirements, application challenges, and competitive landscape to help guide product development and strategy.Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in Nanopower's technology and main applications.Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers, acting as a trusted advisor and technical expert.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a related field.Experience in field application engineering, technical support, or a similar role within the semiconductor industry is an advantage.In-depth knowledge of semiconductor products, low-power design principles, and related technologies.Strong understanding of analogue, mixed-signal, and power management ICs
