FHCS Sales Representative Professional Portugal Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world! Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities:

Identifying customer needs and recommending product solutions. Coordinating and executing the sales activities according to defined sales goals and KPIs following the sales strategy and given standards. Account, Activity, & Pipeline reporting via C4C by given standards. Cooperate with Distribution partners and customers on promotions and solutions. Training for our products (basics) with distributors. Working to monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets as set by the Sales Manager. Additional Responsibilities:

Regular reporting of results. Defined reporting activities via C4C including Sales, budget and forecast planning. Close cooperation with CIC and Logistics for customer service topics. Interactions (internal & external):

Local Marketing, Logistics, Finance, Sales KAM, Customer service. Retailers, 3rd party Merchandising Companies. Qualifications: Work Experience and Education:

At least secondary school degree (higher education is an advantage). 2-3 years of B2B Field Sales experience. Specific Knowledge:

Up-to-date market knowledge. Understanding merchandising processes. Understanding sales tools & practices. Specific Competencies:

Excellent verbal communication skills. Self-motivated and organized individual. Ability to build relationships with key contacts. Entrepreneurial-minded.
