Facility Consultant

We are looking for a Facility Consultant to join our Inetum Team and be a part of a work culture focused on innovation!
Location: Lisbon
Main Responsibilities:
Oversee loan operations, ensuring all agreements are followed. Act as the main contact for borrowers, handling documents and communication with lenders.
Check that all financial requirements are met. Manage financial processes, waivers, amendments, and coordinate meetings.
Profile:
Bachelor's degree
+ 2 years of relevant experience in Administrative Processes, Customer Service, Front Office
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
Driven to teamwork
Fluency in English
Hybrid work - office in Lisbon (1/2x per week)
