Your responsibilitiesManage the building infrastructures and equipment to ensure proper availability and adequate performance according to efficient functioning, legal, environmental, and H&S requirements and good practices.Main Accountabilities:Manage TBE (Technical Building Equipment) implementationsConstruction Support for the infrastructures and changes managementTBE Quality, Performance and Functioning validationsIdentify and manage the legal requirements, combining with Facilities Management Coordination, ensuring that, when applicable, the infrastructure or equipment has the necessary authorizations.Coordination of construction service companiesExternal technical suppliers' management and supervision, granting proper communication of rules and good practices fully understood and implemented.Prepare Preventive Maintenance programs for TBETBE Maintenance ManagementBuilding and infrastructure maintenance managementTBE monitoring and controllingPreventive Maintenance PlanningFloor space ManagementExecution of preventive and corrective maintenance activitiesCorrect and efficient management of the resources on his responsibility, ensuring the correct waste sorting and compliance with good environmental practices and H&S rules and the correct action in case of emergency (environmental or H&S).Education / qualifications:Degree in Engineering (Recommended), Civil, Electronics, and/or Mechanical.Strong knowledge in technical areas such as Electrical, HVAC, Hydraulics, Construction, etc.Proven experience in similar functionsExperience in new implementationsExperience:Minimum 5 years of experienceProcess management8D, 6 sigma initiationHSE training (minimum 4h) or experience in HSE activities (minimum 6 months)Specific skills:Solid knowledge of TBE's monitoring and controlling systemsAdvanced knowledge in Electricity, HVAC, and HydraulicsSkilled knowledge in technical documentationIT skills: MS Windows; MS Office; Centralised Technical Management Systems; CAD Tools; Autodesk; SAP; CAFMSoft skills:Ability to make decisionsStrong team spiritFlexibleGood communication and presentation skillsExperience in working in interdisciplinary teams (e.g., matrix-organization)Team-playerIntercultural competenceCapacity for initiativeDynamicSelf-motivatedOrganizedGood project management knowledgeStrong sense of responsibilityGood stress managementAdvanced language skills in EnglishBenefits:Attractive salaryPermanent employment contractWork in a multicultural and diverse environmentReferral commissionMedical Health InsuranceInitial and continuous training24 vacation days offDay off on your birthday
