We are looking for a Facilities Coordinator, who will support the Facilities Team in Five9's Porto office. This is a full-time position and will report to the Facilities Manager in Porto.
This position is 100% office-based.

Job Duties: Meet and welcome all visitors.Print and issue security badges to all visitors, contractors, new hires, and current employees.Coordinate courier services and package deliveries (domestic and international).Familiarity with office equipment, furniture, and card access systems.Update SharePoint for Facilities and post information for public consumption on facilities policies, procedures, and frequently asked questions.Work closely with external department members to execute projects and ensure all requests are taken care of in a timely manner.Provide excellent customer service, be well-organized, prompt, and use sound judgment.Assist with any special accommodation requests and workspace setup.Coordinate caterer access for meetings or events. Set up and clean up as needed.Assist with setting up and taking down for daily/weekly/last minute meetings, corporate events, or employee events.Stock and maintain all supplies.Monitor internal Slack and email communications.File and process all the correct paperwork for billing.Assist with daily office operations, including filing, scanning, archiving documents, data entry, and answering and forwarding calls.Qualifications: 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in facilities or front office.Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.Bachelor's degree in business or hospitality or applicable work experience.1+ years of experience managing an active front desk for a mid-size company preferred.Experience working with all levels of employees, including upper management.Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.Must be organized, structured, methodical, and attentive to detail, possessing a high degree of follow-through.Proven ability to establish priorities among multiple tasks and work collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals.Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.Must be customer service and quality driven.Must demonstrate proficiency in working collaboratively and cross-functionally within the organization to execute tasks under tight deadlines, demonstrating sound relationship management skills both within and external to the organization.Benefits: Five9 SharesBonus SchemeMedical InsuranceLife Insurance25 days Annual Leave + Public HolidaysFive9 embraces diversity and is committed to building a team that represents a variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and skills.
