Facilities Coordinator Has responsibility for providing the best and safest working environment for staff in industrial facilities in SWE, with a view to effective cost management. This position is integrated within the Facilities Management team, whose general roles are property management (e.g. real estate acquisition & relations with Landlords, purchasing related to facilities); facilities planning (e.g. space and workplace planning and assessments); facilities services (e.g. security, maintenance & repair, custodial & grounds keeping services, equipment upkeeping).
The current portfolio of industrial facilities in SWE is made up 4 warehouses (BCN, MAD, CDG and Parets) and 4 railway terminals (Lérida, Tarragona, Zaragoza and La Coruña). There is an ambitious roadmap to expand this network, adding more facilities throughout Area in the medium term.

Key responsibilities Management of industrial facilities in SWE:Support internal stakeholders in drafting warehouse/terminal opening, expansion or modification projects.Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external companies (construction companies, equipment suppliers, consulting companies and landlords) the execution of warehouse/terminal projects. Design preventive/corrective maintenance action plans to ensure that the appearance, safety and working conditions in the facilities are optimal. Take responsibility on its implementation.Negotiate contracts with facility service providers (utility suppliers, cleaning companies, security companies and equipment suppliers) to ensure best value for money.Streamline vendors across Area. Establish and systematize procedures for maintenance of industrial facilities in SWE.Act as a point of contact with warehouse Landlords in SWE.Management of company vehicle fleets in SWE:Coordinate with internal customers and vendors the delivery/return of company cars in ES/PT.Support drivers in resolving fines they may get, incidents they may have with their company cars in ES/PT.Coordinate with internal clients in ES/PT and the oil company the operation of users' fuel cards.Assist local contacts in FR and Maghreb in the management of their company vehicles fleets. Ensure compliance with internal policies in the assignment of company vehicles throughout SWE.Consolidate vendors in SWE.
