Job Opening: F&B Marketing Executive (M/F) - Lisbon Office
Do you want to be part of a dynamic and innovative project in full growth? AHM is a hotel management company with new projects across the country. We are recruiting for the role of F&B Marketing Executive for our Lisbon Office!
Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective marketing strategies for the restaurant and its digital channels
Develop, maintain, and promote the concept and brand identity of the restaurant with the company's agencies
Plan and execute promotional campaigns, special offers, and events to boost customer engagement and revenue
Manage online marketing efforts, including social media promotion and content creation for the restaurant
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors' offerings, and customer preferences
Foster relationships with influencers, local media, and other potential partners
Develop and manage the restaurant marketing budget
Collaborate to promote special events or launches
Analyze the success of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports on ROI
Elaboration and implementation of the annual Marketing plan for the restaurant
Elaboration and implementation of the launch plan for new restaurant concepts and spaces

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in marketing or Communication
Proven work experience as marketing professional in F&B area
Knowledge of modern marketing techniques
High-level communication and networking skills
A passion for social media (good photography and copywriting skills are a plus)
Understanding of F&B commercial trends and marketing strategies
Good project management skills
Excellent presentation skills
Excellent negotiating and communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure
