F&B Marketing Executive (M/F) - Ahm

We are recruiting for the role of F&B Marketing Executive (M/F) for our Lisbon Office! Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies for the restaurant and its digital channels; Develop, maintain, and promote the concept and brand identity of the restaurant with the company's agencies; Plan and execute promotional campaigns, special offers, and events to boost customer engagement and revenue; Manage online marketingefforts, including social media promotion and content creation for the restaurant; Conduct market researchto identify trends, competitors' offerings, and customer preferences to better align the restaurant's offerings and marketing strategies; Foster relationships with influencers, local media, and other potential partners brought in by our communication agency to increase visibility of the restaurant; Develop and manage the restaurant marketing budget, ensuring a good return on investment for all campaigns and initiatives; Collaborate to promote special events or launches; Analyze the success of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports on ROI; Elaboration and implementation of the annual Marketing plan for the restaurant; Elaboration and implementation of the launch plan for new restaurant concepts and spaces; Requirements: Bachelor's degree in marketing or Communication; Proven work experience as marketing professional in F&B area; Knowledge of modern marketing techniques; High-level communication and networking skills; A passion for social media (good photography and copywriting skills are a plus); Understanding of F&B commercial trends and marketing strategies; Good project managementskills; Have fantastic presentation skills; Be an excellent negotiator; Have exceptional communication skills; Ability to work well under pressure; Benefits: Salary accordingly with the experience; Limitless opportunitiesto grow your career; Take advantage of special team member rates in our properties and others from the international brands that Ahm work with. #J-18808-Ljbffr
