What We're Looking For: .Proven experience in F&B management .Education in F&B management, Culinary Arts, or a related field .Computer skills, especially MS Office and restaurant management software .Strong complaint and conflict management skills .Ability to delegate tasks effectively .Leadership and communication skills .Knowledge of trends and new practices in the F&B industry .Excellent financial insight into the department .Tailor-made service for customers .Fluency in written and spoken Portuguese and English, basic German. French is a plus .Knowledge of wines and beverages Main Responsibilities: .Ensure the positive performance of F&B outlets .Contribute to the recruitment process of new staff, participating in training and talent retention .Manage and plan events .Ensure good intra-departmental communication .Identify the training needs of the department .Monitor and control costs and inventory .Plan services and staff schedules .Manage the F&B team according to hotel guidelines and standards .Promote excellent levels of customer service .Participate in menu design and product purchasing, always promoting department improvement .Identify customer needs and be proactive in responding to them .Establish targets, KPIs, and procedures .Promote team spirit .Ensure compliance with health and safety standards What We Offer: .Integration into a new project .Above-average local remuneration .Meal card .Personal and professional growth .Dynamic and collaborative work environmentRequisitos :
