What We're Looking For: .Proven experience in F&B management .Education in F&B management, Culinary Arts, or a related field .Computer skills, especially MS Office and restaurant management software .Strong complaint and conflict management skills .Ability to delegate tasks effectively .Leadership and communication skills .Knowledge of trends and new practices in the F&B industry .Excellent financial insight into the department .Tailor-made service for customers .Fluency in written and spoken Portuguese and English, basic German.
