Job Description Your Contribution to Something Big Join us for a one-year internship as a Compliance Intern in our dynamic Compliance Organization. This is your chance to gain hands-on experience in a vital area of corporate governance, develop essential skills, and make a real impact in a global organization.
Your Responsibilities Will Include: Awareness Campaigns: Develop and implement innovative ideas, coordinate with different departments, and lead awareness campaigns while documenting their impact. Support compliance communication and training initiatives across multiple locations.Anti-Corruption Measures: Contribute to risk analysis, conduct compliance controls, and assist in updating local procedures to align with legislation.Third-Party Monitoring: Ensure strict adherence to regulations by monitoring third-party relationships and mitigating potential risks.Compliance Management System: Support the maintenance of the Bosch Compliance Management System by fostering a compliance-driven culture, monitoring its implementation, and ensuring proper documentation.Investigations and Controls: Assist in internal investigations, conduct ad-hoc reviews, and identify opportunities for improving internal controls and compliance processes.Reporting and Auditing: Provide valuable input and assistance for internal reporting and auditing activities. Qualifications Education: Degree in Law or a related field, with a focus on compliance, corporate governance, or risk management.Experience: Previous academic or extracurricular experience in compliance, legal studies, or corporate governance is a plus but not mandatory.Know-How: Understanding of compliance principles, anti-corruption practices, and corporate risk management.Basic knowledge of internal control systems or auditing processes is an advantage.Languages: Proficiency in Portuguese (written and spoken) is mandatory.Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required.Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.Working Style and Methods: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently while collaborating effectively in a team environment.Personality: Highly motivated, responsible, and eager to learn.Strong ethical mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented attitude.Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
