Descrição
Develop a full understanding and knowledge of the Automotive, Decorative and Composite markets in the defined territory;
Manage and develop client relationships across all business areas;
Create a strategic plan in line with the Group's expectation;
Effective implementation and execution of the strategic sales plan;
Create sales budgets and provide meaningful reports and analysis;
Provide proactive sales, marketing and technical support to ensure full support to the development of sustainable and profitable growth for both the Company and the client;
Development of new markets in line with Group's strategy.
Perfil ideal
Educated to degree standard or equivalent (Business, Engineering, Marketing);
Experience in Industrial environment preferred;
Export sales experience preferred;
Language skills (English to business standard is a requirement, French to spoken level);
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Able to work alone and within a team;
Well organised and able to work to deadlines, plans and targets;
Pro-active and self-motivated.
