With this uniquely diverse group, you will serve leading companies in every industry, helping them to define and implement S/4 HANA business transformations.WHAT YOU'LL DOMissionImplement traditional Lead to Cash processes in S/4, understanding the process end-to-endDrive commercial excellence across the value chain, including sales, order management, and traditional Order to CashDevelop and maintain strong senior client relationships, guiding the latter on business value drivers and challenging their processesEssential functionsParticipate in end-to-end transformation projects focused on L2C processes, with exposure to other areas such as Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Supply Chain StrategyServe as a subject matter expert for clients, offering profound knowledge of the application and incorporating an outside-in perspective by applying leading practicesPlan, execute, and manage quantitative and qualitative analyses of business processesPrepare and finalize project deliverables, including reports, workshop materials, and business proposalsEngage in project and program management activities, such as reviewing and maintaining project plans, actions, and risk logs; scheduling and leading project meetings; and documenting and following up on agreed actionsImplement focused change management strategies to ensure stakeholder buy-in and acceptanceABOUT YOUEducationRequired: Bachelor's degree preferably in computer science, software engineering, computer programming, information technology, business informatics, or related fieldsPreferred: Courses in supply chain management, and operations and management scienceExperienceExtensive knowledge and experience with S/4 HANA10 years of technology experience, including 8+ years of experience in L2C and ERP transformation programsSuccessful track record of managing client relationshipsFluency in English (written and spoken)Knowledge, skills and abilitiesExperience in deep process expertise in "traditional lead to cash," ability to understand the process end to endAbility to go wide, cutting across the commercial excellence value chain (sales, order management, traditional Order to cash)Experience with Consumer Products and/or life sciencesExperience in reporting to functional leadership team, capability to discuss the bigger pictureAbility to challenge client on current processes and suggest solutionsAbility to make and drive a plan, prepare workshops and drive client alignment through outside-in recommendationsWhat makes us a great place to workWe are proud to be consistently recognized as one of the world's best places to work, a champion of diversity and a model of social responsibility.
