We're looking for an experienced optimization manager to work on conversion rate optimization, customer acquisition, and retention in our Lisbon office.

Your new adventure: Join the execution team to deliver a comprehensive CRO strategy that aims for data-led journey optimization and high-quality conversions
Continuously test hypotheses and improve critical business metrics such as V2T, T2P, NPC, NPC ARR, retention, and churn
Analyze consumer touchpoints, including human touch, email, in-app notifications, website, landing page data, and conversion funnels
Collaborate with partners such as MarTech and Demand Gen (free and paid) to optimize conversion rates through A/B testing, multivariate testing, and other optimization techniques
Stay updated with the latest CRO trends and technologies and incorporate them into the company's optimization efforts
Work with a team of experience optimization managers, customer journey designers, and other stakeholders to set clear goals, providing education, explanation, and coaching
Collaborate with the 3rd party agency/partners and be the point of contact with other marketing and business function teams for a cohesive, end-to-end customer experience
Present CRO results and insights to key stakeholders, including the executive team, to drive buy-in and support for optimization initiatives
Continuously monitor and measure the success of CRO initiatives using tools such as Google Analytics, Amplitude, Gainsight, and Optimizely
Help create business cases for new capabilities and tools when necessary
Own the day-to-day reporting and documentation of experience optimization programs and AB tests
Does this sound like you? 3+ years of experience delivering data-led, experience-focused customer journey programs that double down on existing well-performing areas and unlock new growth avenues
Able to communicate and align with team members, stakeholders, and other departments using data-driven results
Can identify problems and help develop practical solutions that address their root causes
Experience working with a growth-oriented B2B or B2C business.
Comfortable with experience- and conversion-focused journey management and CRO
Strong SEO, analytics, and UX understanding
Superb reporting and presentation skills to senior audiences
Comfortable operating in a high-growth, PE-backed environment.
