Responsibilities:
Hexagon's Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division (Hexagon) is seeking a Solution Consultant.
Individuals in this position are technical experts who support the sales process by demonstrating Hexagon solutions to meet customer needs and desired business outcomes. In this position, individuals are mostly independent.
Confidently and articulately speaks in public and acts as a technical leader in customer interactions.
Deep expertise in a specific industry practice in the Hexagon portfolio.
Viewed by customers as a technical expert.
Works closely with Hexagon Industry Consultants to develop meaningful customer presentations and demonstrations.
Actively and regularly meets with and demonstrates Hexagon solutions to prospects and clients.
Captures technical and work process requirements and translates them into a demonstratable workflow using Hexagon technologies.
Maintains and adjusts demonstration systems, scripts and data to fit various market opportunities.
Provides technical support for marketing activities.
Participates in the Go-to-Market ideation and development process.
Keeps a close relationship with the product center and strategic teams to maintain expertise and early knowledge of new functionality, as well as providing industry feedback.
Contributes to the technical content of proposals including architecture, estimating level of effort and scopes of work (SOWs).
Qualifications:
Deep technical understanding of the applications.
Ability to lead discussions and presentations with customers and prospects.
Ability to create custom presentations / demonstrations with some support if needed.
Familiar with asset management standards such as ISO 55001.
Strong familiarity with asset performance management work processes mapped to Plan, Do, Check, Act.
Understands generally accepted asset strategy development methodologies such as reliability centered maintenance, FMEA, PMO, RCFA, etc.
Full understanding of condition monitoring, predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, and asset health management.
Full understanding of the tool(s) in a specific area of expertise, basic understanding of interoperability with surrounding tools.
Development and execution of demonstrations tailored to customer needs with understanding of surrounding tools and ability to configure and create additional content.
Independently develop and perform the configuration and execution of an Evaluation or POC with out of the box assets.
Good communication skills to deliver value statements of limited scope, able to help with creation or execution of high-level technical presentations at conferences and events.
Able to create business process scripts that shows values around a solution(s) for use in marketing and sales enablement content.
Reproduce, document and report bugs and workflow improvements including technical gaps and suspected causes to development through established mechanisms.
Ability to technically support responses to RFIs and RFPs.
