Descrição The selected candidate will be responsible for: Personal and Family Support:Diary management of personal agenda and help optimize their time managementPersonal travel arrangementsPersonal email and WhatsApp communicationsManaging the main and secondary residences in PortugalStock taking, inventory and online and offline shoppingParty, events and holidays managementFamily activities planning (after school activities, pickups, drop-offs, hobbies, engagements)Take care of personal finances (payments, tracking)Managing the house staff (on payroll, liaising with HR/accounting provider) and service providers (garden, pool, etc.)Taking care of the physical and digital archive and ensuring all paperwork and administrative tasks are completedInsurances (sourcing, tracking, annual renewals)Executive and Corporate Support:Managing agendas, planning meetingsProfessional travel arrangementsEvents and inherent logisticsProfessional email and WhatsApp communicationsPrepare and organize reports, meeting notes and presentationsConduct research and gather information as neededWork closely with other departments, executives, and other executive assistants to optimize the impact of the founders' involvement in the businessSupport in public speaking engagements, interviews, social media events, and seminarsPerfil ideal Ideal Profile: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Executive Assistantship or relevant fieldMinimum seven years of proven experience in similar roles, such as assistant to CEOs or C-Suite executives, personal assistant, family assistant, family office assistantExcellent and impeccable oral and written skills in EnglishGood oral and written skills in PortugueseKnowledge of Korean or French will be considered highly valuableOutstanding organizational skillsDetail and solutions-orientedSolid knowledge of MS Office, including ExcelAbility to work in a very autonomous way, flexible and adaptableProactive and does not take a 'no' for an answerMulticultural background and/or interest in different culturesExcellent listening skillsDriving licenseVantagens The possibility to work with a successful and inspirational business family.
