Universal Kraft has been developing several projects related to renewable energies and is looking for a highly qualified and detail-orientated Executive Assistant to support our Administration team in the Portugal office.
As an Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support to the team and contribute to the overall success of our organization. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about renewable energy and wants to make a positive impact on the environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Arrange travel, including booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation
Create and revise documents, presentations, and reports for executive meetings
Serve as a dependable point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
Conduct research and gather information for reports and presentations as needed
Aid in the preparation and monitoring of budgets, expenses, and financial reports
Provide administrative assistance like filing, data entry, and handling correspondence
Manage and respond to emails, phone calls, and inquiries promptly and professionally
Coordinate and arrange team meetings, events, and workshops
Maintain confidentiality and handle confidential information with discretion
REQUIREMENTS:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Knowledge of renewable energy industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work on multiple tasks simultaneously
Professional demeanor and ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization
