.You will complete a broad variety of tasks supporting 3 CEOs in different locations: Managing and optimising the CEO's agenda, including coordination with multiple stakeholders to schedule internal and external meetings Making travel arrangements and arranging detailed travel itineraries including accommodation, agendas and documentation Completing expense reports and handling procurement and payment issues Providing assistance in other areas as requested by the CEO, including support during internal or client events Knowledge, skills and required experience: Strong desire to build a career as an Executive Assistant Fluent in Portuguese and English (spoken and written) with excellent communication and writing skills. Fluency in French is an advantage.
