THE ROLE
We're creating a loved brand in Europe, and this is where your story begins!
As an Executive Assistant, you will help our CEO accelerate daily operational tasks and company execution.
Specifically, we expect you to:
Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle correspondence.
Coordinate reports, calls, agendas or follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders.
Run preparation tasks like research, simple analysis or exploratory contacts.
Provide administrative support to ensure the CEO's effectiveness.
Mandatory requirements:
Experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Associate to the CEO or similar.
Past experience in a business role like Operations, Finance or Business Analyst.
