Your new role: Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage executives' calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism and excellent communication skills in all interactions.
Meeting Coordination: Arrange and coordinate meetings, conferences, and special events, including logistics, agendas, and materials preparation.
Travel Arrangements: Handle all aspects of travel planning and logistics, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
Expense Management: Process and track expense reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information and communications.
What you'll need to succeed: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, supporting C-level executives or senior management.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and courteous demeanor. English required, Portuguese preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and fast-paced environments.
