Executive Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:Support to the company director, mainly with email correspondence, partaking in meetings, and contacting clients.Operational tasks, such as housekeeping and garden and pool maintenance schedules.Support to the financial administration, including checking owner account statements and mailing these.Support to the rental and guest services department.The ideal candidate will be fluent in Portuguese and English in speech and writing, will be a very good team worker, but also used to working autonomously and being self-driven. They should be interested in the world of property management and holiday rentals and providing excellent customer service.
