Event Marketing Specialist

We are continuously looking for new talent (like you!) to support our mission to drive growth and innovation across some of the world's leading brand.We´re currently looking for an Event Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for facilitating the planning, coordination, and successful execution of Acolad's events.This role will assist in all aspects of event marketing, from pre-event communication and logistics to on-site event support and post-event evaluation.Responsibilities:Promoting events across several platforms.Providing logistical and administrative support to the events manager.Assisting in creative decision-making and project development.Contributing to the development of marketing materials for events.Assisting and execute multiple end-to-end live and virtual events.Centralizing and updating event calendars, best practices, and processes.Contributing to the creation of Acolad concept events (e.g., customer events, webinars, workshops).Researching and advising on event attendance and sponsorship opportunities.Offering improvements and introducing new ideas and concepts to event programs.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent3-5 years of experience in events managementAny additional languages are a plusExcellent communication and presentation skillsAutonomy and ability to proactively addressSolid project management skills (ability to set priorities, handle multiple projects and follow through on deadlines)Experience with the following tools is a plus: Salesforce (or similar CRM), HubSpot (or other marketing automation tools), GoToWebinar (or other digital event platform).
