We are looking for an Event Manager Receiver to coordinate with a cross-functional operational team to achieve efficient, effective, flawless project execution.

WHAT WILL YOU DO? Act as Receiver Market SPOC (single point of contact) from defined production: conduct status updates, create detailed plans for activities from receiver site, manage documentation, ensure local master data and complete actions on project execution.Act as an E2E Project Manager for operational projects: setting up and managing the local operational team, coordinating project execution and evaluation, and facilitating internal communication within local stakeholders and deciders.Lead stakeholder management across functions: identify stakeholders, distribute responsibilities among project team, and ensure proper communication.ARE YOU WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR?Minimum 2 years of cross-functional experience gained through participation in different projects.Proficiency in Portuguese and English languages.Project Management competencies.Knowledge of Nestlé organization and structure.Understanding of NCE (Goal alignment, Focused Improvement).Knowledge of Nestlé's corporate business, management, leadership, and people development principles.Leadership skills within a cross-functional team.Experience working in a matrix-like structure.Courage and ability to solve problems.Proven communication skills.
