We are looking for anEvent Manager Receiverto coordinate with a cross-functional operational team to achieve efficient, effective, flawless project execution.
WHAT WILL YOU DO? Act as Receiver Market SPOC (single point of contact) from defined production: conduct status updates, create detailed plans for activities from receiver site, manage documentation, ensure local master data and complete actions on project executionAct as an E2E Project Manager for operational projects: setting-up and managing the local operational team, coordinating project execution and evaluation and facilitating internal communication within local stakeholders and decidersLead stakeholders management across functions: identify stakeholders, distribute responsibilities among project team and ensure proper communicationARE YOU WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR? Minimum 2 years of cross-functional experience gained through participation in different projectsProficiency in Portuguese and English languagesKnowledge of Nestlé organization and structureUnderstanding of NCE (Goal alignment, Focused Improvement)Knowledge of Nestlé's corporate business, management, leadership and people development principlesLeadership skills within a cross-functional teamExperience working in a matrix-like structure
