Reporting to the Head of Corporate Marketing, you will be responsible to the end-to-end organization and management of several events including Mobileum user groups and telecom industry sponsor events. A previous experience in the organization and events management field is essential. We are looking for someone who has the ability to learn fast, be proactive and able to get hands-on with tasks. What you will be doing From conception to completion, planning and delivery of Mobileum worldwide events plan Communicating with internal teams, venues, suppliers, speakers, and delegates on a day-to-day basis Setting and managing timelines and deadlines for each event project team Ensure event logistics, resulting in the delivery of high quality and cost-effective events Brief and delegate to a team of onsite events staff Manage event agendas, invitation segmentation and event content Source and liaise with venues and suppliers Negotiate prices, contracts, and payment plans Ensure event costs are respected according to budget Post-event evaluation and de-brief with the marketing team Operate various tools and software used for events management, including attendee registration, email marketing, online content management, Event Apps, event surveys, leads generation reporting, and project planning COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS we are looking for Event organization or event management experience (2 yrs +) (B2B preferably) Meticulous attention to detail Able to prioritize effectively and multi-task across several complex events Able to cooperate and discuss conditions with providers Experience working in international events (preferably) English fluency (mandatory) The MINDSET you will have: Drive, determination, and flexibility You present well and are able to articulate regarding your function (this is a front facing position) Reliable team player Passion for the job Able to learn and perform in a fast-paced environment Available to travel What WE OFFER: Integration in a multinational company that is growing consistently Possibility to travel across the world for our events Exciting and challenging growth opportunities Interesting compensation package (fixed salary + variable bonus depending on achievement of objectives) Plenty of variety in your work #J-18808-Ljbffr
